Go to Player profile.

If you no longer have the game installed

Send an email to pulsefront@outlook.com with the subject Delete my profile, and include your player name exactly as it appeared in the game.

Your request is completed within 30 days. You get a reply when it is done.

We hold no email address, phone number or real name for any player, so your player name is the only way we can find the right profile. If you still have your recovery code, include that instead and we can identify the profile exactly. Where ownership cannot be established, we may ask you for more detail before deleting, so that nobody can delete a profile belonging to someone else.

What is deleted

Deleted immediately and permanently, and it cannot be undone:

Your player profile and player ID
Your player name, and the reservation that held that name
Your avatar
Your PvP rating and division
All statistics: matches, wins, losses, streaks, time played and every other counter
Your entry on the leaderboard
The player token stored locally on your device

What is kept, and for how long

Records of completed matches are kept, because a match involves two players and the other one may not have asked for deletion. These records contain only a random profile ID, the scores, who won, why the match ended, and the time it happened. They contain no player name, no avatar and nothing that identifies you once the profile is gone.

Each match record is deleted automatically 12 months after the match was played. No action is needed from you.

Google Cloud also keeps ordinary operational logs, such as request times and network errors, used only to run and secure the service. These follow the retention set by Google Cloud and are not linked to your player name.

Hva som slettes

Dette slettes umiddelbart og permanent, og kan ikke angres:

Spillerprofilen og spiller-ID-en din
Spillnavnet ditt, og reservasjonen som holdt av navnet
Ansiktet du valgte
PvP-ratingen og divisjonen din
All statistikk: kamper, seire, tap, rekker, spilletid og hver eneste teller
Oppføringen din på topplisten
Spiller-tokenet som ligger lagret lokalt på enheten din

Hva som beholdes, og hvor lenge

Oppføringer om fullførte kamper beholdes, fordi en kamp har to spillere, og den andre har kanskje ikke bedt om sletting. Disse oppføringene inneholder bare en tilfeldig profil-ID, poengene, hvem som vant, hvorfor kampen tok slutt, og når den ble spilt. De inneholder intet spillnavn, ingen avatar, og ingenting som identifiserer deg når profilen først er borte.

Hver kampoppføring slettes automatisk 12 måneder etter at kampen ble spilt. Du trenger ikke gjøre noe.

Google Cloud beholder i tillegg vanlige driftslogger, som tidspunkt for forespørsler og nettverksfeil, brukt kun til å drifte og sikre tjenesten. De følger lagringstiden Google Cloud selv setter, og er ikke koblet til spillnavnet ditt.
